Can’t Access Edge After Purchase
Try these simple steps if you’re having problems accessing the service after your purchase:

- NOTE: Be sure to use the same email you signed up with originally.
Payment Wasn’t Accepted or Processed
Although uncommon, you may experience some issues with your payment not being accepted. No need to worry, be sure to try the following steps if you’re experiencing issues:

- Ensure sufficient funds or contact your bank directly.
- Make sure the payment was processed through our payment partner: Stripe.
